Bruno Solle has specialized for over thirty years in advisory services and corporate transactions (such as mergers, spin offs, split offs, issuance of shares or securities, share capital increase and reductions, corporate structuring, creation of joint ventures, implementation of partnership agreements and shareholders’ agreements…). He provides guidance to directors and officers (status, liability and managing packages), as well as to legal and financial departments. Bruno also focuses his practice on corporate related litigation, such as post-acquisition and shareholders’ disputes.
Bruno has also significant experience of family businesses, which he assists on all legal and tax aspects relating to transfers and estate planning.
Before joining ARCHERS in 2009, Bruno SOLLE was a partner at JeantetAssociés for 6 years and prior to that at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for 16 years.
