Clément Phalippou is an Associate who specialises in restructuring & insolvency and litigation.

In particular, Clément advises debtors, creditors, shareholders and managers in the framework of pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. He also advises bidders on the acquisition of insolvent businesses or specific assets.

In addition, Clément has extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation and regularly pleads before the French civil and commercial courts.

Prior to his admission to the Paris bar in 2012, Clément worked for four years in China.
