Véronique Gédéon advises clients on corporate, M&A and securities laws and has solid experience acquired in companies and in various leading French and international law firms.

She advises French and foreign companies, both listed and non-listed, as well as investment funds on mergers and acquisitions deals, capital markets transactions (public tender offers, public to private transactions) and IPOs.

She also assists clients in corporate and private-equity transactions: negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, complex issuances of all types of financial securities, internal restructurings as well as governance-related matters.
