Chloé De Grieck is an Associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions and private clients teams.
Chloé advises corporations of all sizes as well as their management on their organic and external growth (transactions, mergers & acquisitions and reorganizations, including company incorporation and legal housekeeping, capital transactions, corporate sales and acquisitions, transfer of assets, and more).
She also advises directors & officers and shareholders on complex corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Archers, Chloé practiced with the law firms Theret & Associés and Viguie Schmidt & Associés.
