Arnaud Moutet‘s practice focuses on real estate and covers all types of property (e.g. offices, retail premises, industrial sites, hotels, leisure and residential properties).
He provides advice essentially to French and foreign institutional investors (real estate funds, property companies, etc.) at all stages of their real estate investments, from the acquisition of buildings and real estate companies to their disposal, but also within the framework of setting up of credit facilities, the negotiation of partnerships, or the construction or rental management of their buildings.
Before joining ARCHERS, Arnaud Moutet was involved in the creation of the “real estate” practice of French law firm Courtois Lebel. Previously he practiced in the real estate departments of Gide and Freshfields for over ten years.
Arnaud also lectures on real estate law at ESTP Paris (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie).
He is listed as a “leading individual” (up and coming) in Real Estate in major expert guide such as Chambers Europe and Best Lawyers.
