The property was acquired from Eurocommercial Properties NV for €80 million net to the seller.
Chasse Sud is a 52,000 sqm real estate asset located in Chasse-sur-Rhône, 25km South of Lyon. It comprises a Casino hypermarket, a modern retail park as well as a logistics warehouse. Its tenants include brands such as Decathlon, Boulanger, C&A, Gémo, Bricomarché and Conforama.
In the context of the transaction, TwentyTwo Real Estate as also advised by the notary firm Wargny Katz and, for tax aspects, the law firm Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
