Archers (Arnaud Moutet, partner, with Caroline Jarry for legal aspects and Margaux Azoulay for tax aspects), has advised Union Investment, for the acquisition of an office building located 59 bis avenue d’Iéna in Paris BQA.
This ca 2,650 sqm building, for which a building permit has been already obtained, will be fully refurbished and handed over in mid-2023.
For this transaction, Union Investment was also advised by C&C notaires and Adden avocats (Elsa Sacksick, partner, and Nelson Correia) for planning law aspects.
