Rémy assists individuals and family groups in their asset and estate planning operations.

He advises companies of all sizes, as well as their shareholders and officers, on the tax and legal aspects of takeovers, transfers and business combinations.

Rémy also advises on various corporate transactions involving companies and groups (such as mergers, spin-offs, partial contributions of assets and all capital transactions).

Prior to joining Archers, Rémy practiced with the law firms STC Partners/Andersen Tax & Legal and Couderc Dinh & Associés.
