Pierre Mounier

Pierre Mounier is a Partner in our litigation & arbitration and restructuring teams.

Pierre specialises in civil and commercial litigation, assisting French and global listed and non-listed companies, banks, investments funds and managers, as well as public and private companies in the industrial, real estate, sports & media, service and food sectors.

He handles judicial proceedings, ad hoc arbitration proceedings as well as non-judicial proceedings such as conciliation and mediation procedures.

Prior to joining Archers, Pierre worked for almost a decade at two leading US and UK law firms in Paris. Pierre also played rugby for five years as semi-professional player at Stade Français Paris.
