Archers advises the shareholders of Inicea Group on its takeover by Antin Infrastructure Partners

Archers advised the shareholders of Inicea Group including LFPI, Azulis Capital and the management team led by Gilles Briquet on the sale to Antin Infrastructure Partners.

Founded in 1982, Inicea operates ten psychiatric clinics in France, representing nearly 1,170 beds and employing about 1,050 employees. In 2010, a primary buy out led by LFPI and Azulis had been carried out. In 2013 Inicea, which then totaled nearly € 20 million in sales, had acquired the psychiatry division of Korian Group, consisting of seven clinics.

With the support of Antin Infrastructure Partners for whom the social infrastructure is a strategic market, Inicea hopes to maintain a steady growth rate and expand its activities.

Archers, whose team in this transaction consisted of Marc Baffreau and Eric Labro (Partners) and Guillaume Bain (Associate) is Inicea reference legal and tax counsel since 2010. Archers has been involved on the 2010 transaction but also on the build up on the psychiatry division of Korian Group. In addition, Arnaud Moutet’s team regularly advise Inicea on its real estate transactions.
