Archers has advised Mercialys on the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in Hyperthétis Participations, for a total consideration of €28 million.
Hyperthétis Participations owns a portfolio of 66,000 sqm of retail space located across five key sites in Angers, Brest, Niort, Narbonne, and Le Puy. This transaction enables Mercialys to increase its ownership to 100%, thereby securing full control of these high-yield assets.
