In 2025, Anna-Christina Chaves was involved in several landmark transactions. She notably advised Ardian on the sale of Grand Frais to US-based Apollo in December 2025. She also assisted Magellan Partners in the acquisition of a business unit from Worldline (formerly ATOS) in November 2025, enabling Magellan to double in size. In addition, she advises La Grande R\u00e9cr\u00e9 in connection with the transformation of its business model from integrated stores to member-owned cooperative stores.<\/p>\n
