Partner, Rapha\u00eble Cremona specialises in banking & finance, with a focus on investments, real estate finance and financial regulation. She regularly advises both France- and overseas-based corporates.<\/p>\n

Partner, Margaux Azoulay focuses on transactional taxation, advising French and global clients as well as private equity and real estate funds. She also offers strength in corporate tax and private wealth tax. <\/p>\n

Partner, Kamal Naffi advises clients in the context of their divestment and acquisition operations, LBOs and venture capital fundraising. He also assists clients in their overseas acquisitions.
