Jean-Louis MEDUS is a corporate and tax lawyer with extensive experience in private equity, M & A works and management package.
He often advises private companies, managers and also private equity funds on complex domestic or cross border deals, on financing of IP assets.
He also participated in capital market project such as tender offers, listing of companies and issuing of shares or notes.
Before joining the independent French law firm, ARCHERS, Jean-Louis has been founder and partner of Praxes Avocats. He has also previously worked during several years with PDGB and Clifford Chance.
