A dual French-English national, Emily brings clients the benefit of 15 years of experience in advising private equity and corporate leaders on all forms of acquisitions and divestitures including leveraged buyout transactions.

Emily also has extensive expertise in private equity fundraising and management packages.

After several years with Jeantet, Emily joined us when our firm was founded in 2009 and became a Partner in 2019.
