Antony Martinez’ main focus is the resolution of complex litigation matters.
He advises and represents French and international listed and non-listed companies, commercial and investment banks, and public and private companies from the industry, finance, real estate and service sectors.
Described in the Paris Legal 500 as “an outstanding trial lawyer known for his accurate sense of strategy”, Antony has indeed developed a broad based commercial litigation practice conducting both international trials before French courts and multi-jurisdictional cases. He has an extensive experience in the out-of-court resolution of shareholders disputes.
Antony has also a large experience in complex pre-insolvency and insolvency matters: including amicable restructuring, insolvency proceedings, restructuring litigation and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining ARCHERS, Antony was partner at McDermott, Will and Emery, and prior to that was Of Counsel with Orrick Rambaud Martel (Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffe’s French office).
He is listed as a “leading individual” (band 5) in Litigation in major expert guides such as Chambers Europe 2015.
