ARCHERS announces a new partner in its Business Restructuring – Litigation department

Antony Martinez has joined ARCHERS law firm strengthening the firm’s Business Restructuring – Litigation department.

Antony graduated with a Research Master’s Degree (DEA) in private law and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and is admitted to the Paris and New York bars.

At ARCHERS, Antony will take part in the development of the business litigation practice, sharing his experience in the field of judicial or voluntary dispute resolution acquired working with some of the best practitioners at the Paris bar. He will moreover continue his business restructuring practice on behalf in particular of Anglo-Saxon investment funds; a practice that he developed significantly when advising Lone Star for its acquisition of the Cœur Défense property complex in March 2014.

Jean Maurice Gaillard, the firm’s managing partner, added:  “Antony’s arrival along with his associate is consistent with ARCHERS’ on-going development in the restructuring sector, in which the firm is already a recognized player with Fabrice Patrizio’s continued personal involvement. Antony’s presence at our side marks above all the addition to our practice areas of recognized expertise in business litigation, which Antony has now been practicing for roughly fifteen years. ARCHERS is now in a position to provide clients with guidance both for strategic development transactions but also for the management of disputes or crisis situations in France and abroad. A real benefit for our clients.
